EpiRush (“the Service”) is a platform for viewing and creating short-form animated micro-drama episodes. The Service is operated by EpiRush (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using EpiRush, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Virtual Currency (Credits)
EpiRush uses credits and credit packs so you can unlock premium episodes. Creators may earn box office credits when viewers watch their content, and spend or purchase credits to generate assets and clips. Credits purchased with real money via Stripe are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the platform. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and pack sizes at any time.
5. Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of content they produce using EpiRush’s tools. By publishing content on EpiRush, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to distribute, display, and promote your content on and through the platform.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload or generate content depicting minors in harmful situations
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute content from the platform
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
7. DMCA / Copyright
If you believe content on EpiRush infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@epirush.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, and your contact information.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIRUSH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
